When reporting a problem, it helps to include your iPhone model and iOS version. Since Lume has no accounts and collects no data, there is nothing to reset on a server — most issues can be solved right on your device.

Where is my journal stored? On your iPhone, and — if you’re signed in to iCloud — in your own private iCloud, so it survives a device change. Nobody else can read it, including the developer.

I changed iPhone. Where are my entries? If both devices use the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled, your journal appears automatically after setup. Give it a moment on first launch.

Does Lume really stay free? Yes. No ads, no subscriptions, no purchases. Lume is a small gift, not a business.
